I am a Registered Dietitian living in Texas with a passion for corporate wellness, flexible dieting, eating in moderation, traveling, lifting weights, cooking and coming up with delicious healthy recipes and all things peanut butter.
Flexible eating has saved my life. I used to be such a strict, clean eater and I am here to show you moderation and eating most foods in moderation can save you from rigidity in your diet. I still prefer clean, whole foods and focus 90% of my diet around this but have learned alot over the years regarding macronutrients and micronutrients.
I have my Master of Science Degree in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition and have been practicing as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for 2 years now.
